Novus Parcel 3B | Pheonix, AZ
Novus Parcel 3B is a part of a 350-acre, mixed-use development (Novus Innovation Corridor) with approximately 10 million square feet along Tempe Town Lake, including State Farm's 2.1-million-square-foot Marina Heights regional office, located right in the middle of Pheonix, AZ's metropolitan center. This project includes a swimming pool deck which consists of approximately 2500 square feet of wood-look 24" x 24" porcelain pavers installed on a height-adjustable pedestal system. The realistic wood simulation achieved by these slip-resistant porcelain pavers creates an intricate pattern that draws all eyes to the ground.
