The team imagined an executive office that would reflect both professionalism and warmth, include forward-thinking technology, and highlight modern design touches to support both local executives in Scottsdale and traveling leadership teams.
The team incorporated a mix of private offices and a variety of collaborative spaces, all integrated with top-of-the-line technology to equip their employees with the tools to connect simultaneously in-person and remotely on a global scale. These employee-focused touchpoints, combined with dynamic views of surrounding mountainscapes, make for a one-of-a-kind workplace experience.
The team, in partnership with lawyer and project manager, Brian Walsh, imagined a space that would blend traditional and modern, openness and privacy, to create a polished but flexible office. They believed that unifying these juxtaposed ideals would pave a way for the future while reflecting the history of the past. The leadership team presented the challenge to Lindsey Shepherd and Steffanie Murphy of Full Circle Arizona, along with Shannon Finn-Seibrandt of Furniture Resource and Design.
The design team combined rich, soft materials and a variety of woods to create a lavish layered feel. They exposed the windows to flood the room with natural light, as well as added warm, bright accent lighting and biophilia to elevate well-being. To bring it all together, they chose furniture that would reflect the vision, including private offices, collaborative lounge pieces, and crossover workstations, all thoughtfully planned and placed with the users' human needs in mind.
For the finishing touch, they partnered with Berghoff Art Consultants to source artwork from local artists across many mediums. Discover metalwork, photographs, paintings, and mixed material pieces spread throughout to highlight the beauty of Scottsdale and the talent of the local community.
When the team first moved into the new office, they were blown away by the attention to detail. The design team custom-fitted mics into the conference tables to enable seamless hybrid meetings. They also added easy access to power throughout the office, and huddle areas with multiple cameras for angled viewing during video calls. Everything was designed for technology integration to empower a seamless hybrid workspace.
