The newest addition to the Omni Hotel family – the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel – demonstrates a modern, state-of-the-art vision that pays direct homage to the seafaring Norse people from southern Scandinavia.
Brian Cepek, a 30-year foodservice veteran and Boelter’s Director of Sales at Premier Restaurant Equipment and Design, was approached by Omni hotel’s management company to provide the full design, equipment specification and installation for all of the hotel’s foodservice areas. With an eye for detail, Brian and his team delivered a completed project that was both on budget and on-time.
Opening in October 2020 and conveniently located to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is a destination for leisure and business travelers alike, and will host future visiting sports teams, as well as be a supporting player during future Minnesota Vikings training camps.
