Wells Concrete produced high-contrast colored panels on the 16-story office building in south Denver to mimic the fast-moving light-rail trains and the cars on nearby Interstate 25.
The detached 378,000 square ft. parking garage was designed and constructed to be an extension of the design aesthetic of the main One Belleview Station building.
