Because of the train cars below, this created a 1 hour light well, and to make sure that natural light flowed both vertically and horizontally, ASTM E-119/UL 263/CAN ULC S101 rated
SuperLite II-XLB 60 fire resistive glazing was used. Using
SuperLite II-XLB 60 on the light wells placed on the entrance/ticketing level allowed visitors to see down to the tracks, which contributed to wayfinding.
