High-performance design strategies and building systems were integrated into the design from its conception and contributed to the building achieving LEED silver certification. The selection of materials and colors as well as the building’s connection to the natural setting contribute a sense of authenticity and place. The design’s inclusion of interactive and collaborative spaces throughout the building encourage communication among the building occupants and create an active and fun working environment.
