Tricarico was brought on by the client to be the local Architect of Record and manage the overall coordination of the international project team.
With an aggressive project schedule and team members located all over the world, the challenge was to keep the project moving forward on all fronts. We focused on keeping the lines of communication open and maintained tight control of the information and files being shared, to ensure everyone was always on the same page.
