Wells Concrete contributed to the exterior envelope of the building, consisting of curtainwall, precast concrete panels and cold formed steel studs backing stone veneer, metal panel and stucco finishes. In addition to the elevated floors of the below-grade parking garage are mild-reinforced concrete slabs.
