Creating Fairfield County’s largest wellness center is no small feat. Cambridge Hanover, an industrial property investment firm, sought a building design that would serve as residence to their client Danbury Hospital while creating additional leasing opportunities. The timing was the main challenge – Danbury needed a new space within 12 months.
