We are members of the U.S. Green Building Council and support their Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System. Sixteen of our employees are accredited professionals in the USGBC LEED program and three of our interior designers are WELL Accredited Professionals. In addition, we have adhered to the Minnesota B3 Benchmarking program and utilized the Xcel Energy Design Assist to evaluate and optimize design solutions. Designing a sustainably-responsible project involves collaboration between the design team, the client’s project team, contractors, and consultants. We understand the benefits of operational efficiency and lowered maintenance costs, and the importance of leaving a legacy within a built environment.
