The Karina chair, designed by Glyn Peter Machin for HBF, evokes classic Scandinavian design while establishing a contemporary aesthetic. Each element of Karina is carefully shaped: not one straight regular-cut component exists within the design of the chair. All elements flow effortlessly from leg to arm to back rest, making each chair appear to be a single molded entity—strong, yet almost weightless.
