Metroflor LVT’s Over the Top is a 5.0 mm gauge loose lay flexible LVT with a 0.5 mm (20 mil) wear layer designed for heavy commercial applications. Metroflor’s proprietary FX3 Surface Protectant provides the industry’s best abrasion resistance and stain repellency. With integrated Ultra-Fresh, FX3 Surface Protection inhibits the growth of mold and mildew on the surface. Over the Top can be installed without adhesives in areas up to 215 sq. ft. (20 sq. m.), making it a great option for facilities with raised access flooring. When installed with the loose lay method, the need for adhesives is eliminated and thus results in a faster installation with less downtime.
