A combination of 263 panels, this project created a very complex custom steel deck pans.
Standing at 34 stories, 17th and Broadway, built with an architectural precast facade is also the first seismic designed tower in Oakland.
17th and Broadway has two expressions within the facade design, one a strong punched window and limestone concrete, and the other one transparent with windows
The residential tower at 17th and Broadway with its concrete facade complements the architectural landscape of the Cathedral Building across the street
