Our design intent for this concept was to create a welcoming space that would bring some revitalization to Bel Air main street.
Reflecting on the historical nature of the building's past I selected classic-looking materials, Swick® Natural Wall Covering, which was a nod to Corten steel and the burnt black panels from the Chromatic Wood collection.
These finishes allowed us to visually relate to the original steel beams and wood accents that are an inherent part of the building's historic fabric.
ASI was able to deliver these products that met our design brief and budget requirements. The coffee bar and podcast studio is unique and impactful addition to Main Street.
