When you first step into Base Camp, you’re immediately welcomed into the building by the open reception area. Because the first floor is also at street level, it reflects the urban energy and activity that connects the building’s occupants to the neighborhood around it.

The work café is a multi-functional space for individuals and groups. A mix of lounge space, communal tables and built-in banquette seating flex to accommodate lunch breaks, working sessions or impromptu social connections throughout the day — for employees and customers alike.
The rooftop garden is an obvious biophilic element that brings employees and customers close to nature. The green roof not only activates otherwise unusable space but also aids with collecting rainwater, which is then cycled through the building.
