Bergland + Cram collaborated with Grand JiVante Assisted Living Facility to convert their former exercise area into a full-service coffee shop.
While working closely alongside the Board of Trustees and the facility administrator of the Grand JiVante Assisted Living facility, Bergland + Cram designed a welcoming, casual community space – which just happens to be on the Grand JiVante campus.
The main goals for JiVante Assisted Living facility with Beans on Butler were to provide an amenity to enhance life for residents, while also becoming a gathering place for the town at large.
