Hexalith has an absorption rate less than 0.1%. The hexagonal shape is easily sloped to drains, so fluid runs right off.
Hexalith resists thermal shock by absorbing and releasing heat slowly. Rapid temperature fluctuations and steam - even steam jets - do not affect the tile.
Hexalith is super dense and fully inert. It does not react to oils, acids or alkaline substances. Its color remains true under both chemical and UV exposure.
Wheels roll over Hexalith at an acute angle, preventing chipping, cracking, and the ubiquitous rattling noise.
Porcelain is nonorganic and naturally hygienic, without any fumes, VOCs, allergens or hazardous chemicals. It provides an ideal surface for food and beverage production.
