The Gastronome residential dining facility serves the new residential village at Cal State Fullerton.
The 565 seat eatery offers an all you care to eat style service with several options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner serving students, faculty, and guests.
The venue features five exhibition cooking platforms, a salad bar and a retail/late-night market that offer a variety of food items for the students to enjoy.
The dining atmosphere offers a variety of seating environments that includes quiet intimate spaces as well as booth, banquette, four-tops and bar-height tables.
