Howard Kulp Architects was selected to design Firepoint Grill, Paxos Restaurants first premier destination restaurant outside the Lehigh Valley.
A continuous, full-height window wall along the north side of the Firepoint Grill was designed to blur the lines between the interior dining spaces and the outdoor patio.
The indoor dining area features a 30’ x 12’ bar, an open kitchen lined with stainless steel equipment and a wood-fueled glass tile pizza oven.
The Firepoint Grill's second bar is centrally located in the patio, covered by an exposed timber frame roof and anchored with a two-sided fireplace, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere on one side and an exterior focal point on the other.
Completed in 2016, the Fireside Grill provides a lively dining experience for up to 400 people (250 inside + 150 outdoor patio) and serves as a flagship location for the client in the region.
