TKDA's design for new office building made corporate expansion possible for the Flint Hills Administrative building.
As visitors enter the building their focus is immediately taken to the central staircase that serves both as an impressive design feature as well as the main vertical circulation spine in the building. TKDA provided design and civil engineering services for this project.
The Flint Hills Resources Refinery in Rosemount, Minnesota provides work and collaborative spaces for 225 people.
