Ford expanded its Palo Alto footprint with the opening of a new Ford Research and Innovation Center. Ford opted to use Tate's access floor to create a sleek, forward-facing, and environmentally friendly office space.
Ford wanted to reduce their environmental impact, which made Underfloor Service Distribution (UFSD) a natural solution, with all power and data cables moved into the void beneath the floor.
