Rated as one of the best movers nationwide, Gentle Giant needed an upgraded headquarters to accommodate sales growth yet be within reasonable commuting distance for employees.
Located in an office building north of Boston, Gentle Giant sought to maximize a new layout for operations, a call center, and executive offices until a second phase expansion.
The primary goal for this building was to create a space organized around its operations center.
After relocating to a new home 20 minutes from Gentle Giant's existing location, the property was refitted by Dacon to incorporate 80 cubicles, 11 executive offices, 4 conference rooms and communal spaces to support a strong collaborative culture centered on equality.
