The renovation of the historic Hotel Boulderado, built in 1909, preserves its historic legacy, while adding qualities that today’s guests expect in a boutique hotel.
Stepping into Hotel Boulderado's lobby, function was improved by relocating the front desk to better accommodate a large living room with several seating groups to enhance the cocktail and light menu service. The historic mosaic tile floor and fireplace were resurrected and restored.
