The Port of Spain International Waterfront Development, which opened in 2008, has become the city center for Port of Spain, Trinidad, and Tobago.
Two 27-story, 427,000 SF office buildings anchor the largest business hotel in the Caribbean, the 428-key Hyatt Port of Spain.
The world-class amenities include a 10,000 SF spa, 30,000 SF of meeting space, restaurants, and retail facilities.
A seven-story, 800-car open-air parking deck is also located on the property.
Jordan and Skala’s design included 33 kV primary electrical distribution, a two-pipe chilled water system in the hotel, and over 2,400 tons of rooftop air-cooled chiller capacity for the office buildings.
