The total precast building system included nearly 200,000 sq. ft. of precast components including columns, beams, double tees, hollowcore plank, ER Truss, architectural and structural wall panels and over 100 Infinite Facade building envelope panels with preinstalled windows.

Infinite Facade is a lightweight prefabricated single-source solution for architectural building envelopes that exceeds energy and code requirements and utilizes a standard frame and connections, all while giving the design team complete artistic flexibility.
Onsite construction began in June of 2020, and the new expansion is scheduled to open in December 2021. Wells delivered and installed the first precast components on September 9, 2020, and the erection of the entire building, including the exterior façade, was completed on December 11, 2020.
