Teel Construction completed the interior Renovation of the main clubhouse to include lobby/reception, business lounge, main corridor bar, Trophy Room and four dining rooms.
The finishes that Teel Construction included, hardwood floors, Axminster broadloom carpet with custom borders, large millwork package, wallcoverings, accent lights, and decorative ceilings.

Teel Construction chose the main focal points were Glass Half Wall with Kenwood Logo that was uplit with LED Strip fixtures and Barn Door that was made of reclaimed wood that separated two of the dining spaces.
It took Teel Construction 12 weeks to complete renovations while the upper level of the building remained operational.
