An alcoholic beverage distributor with over 100 years of experience, L.Knife has its focus on the future. With sales fueled by consumer demand for artisan products, L.Knife saw the opportunity to expand market share with original products.
A new warehouse and cool storage was needed, along with open egresses and parking. Dacon provided their design-build services for this space.
This project necessitated maximizing space on an existing 15-acre campus and completing construction while remaining fully functional.
The project was executed in 2 phases, the first by adding 200 cars and 46 truck trailer spaces, followed by a new 47,000 SF warehouse and 15,300SF conversion of dry goods storage to a cooler room.
