The new International Terminal 5 at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport has recently undergone a $26-million transformation, including a re-engineered layout, new sophisticated dining, luxury retail, and innovative design.
Travelers flying in and out of Chicago's O'Hare Airport now have a stylish, convenient hub for international travel with 24 new dining and retail destinations – including 11 local Chicago brands; a redesigned, more efficient TSA checkpoint; and new amenities.
The renovation to Chicago's O'Hare Airport Terminal 5 is the first since the terminal’s construction in 1993.
Before the redevelopment of Terminal 5 at Chicago's O'Hare Airport, 95% of dining and retail were located pre-security; passengers could not even get a hot cup of coffee after passing the TSA checkpoint.
