Pacific Sotheby's La Jolla // An Orchid Nominated Project

Built in 2016, San Diego Office Design completely designed the new offices of realty company Pacific Sotheby's Realty located in La Jolla, California.

A former Vistoria's secret store is transformed into a national headquarters for the luxury real estate firm.
With a unique city requirement to create a front-facing interactive lobby that could be classified as both retail and commercial, getting creative to develop the brand statement appropriate for Sotheby’s and engaging enough to attract both locals and tourists was the design team’s challenge.

San Diego Office Design used an exotic blue glass wall to capture the essence of an ocean wave, the lit glass creates a wave-like effect in both the lobby and conference room area.
This former Victoria’s Secret store was completely gutted and replaced with high-end luxury real estate brand Pacific Sotheby’s in La Jolla, California with design completed by San Diego Office Design.
