With the help of Leopardo and Garnett Architects, Scotsman was able to design the perfect space to showcase their multiple product lines and provide a functional space for their employees.
Along with some pops of orange and blue, the headquarters is dotted with industrial elements such as a metal staircase with a grid screen, modern light fixtures and exposed beams.
This 90,000 square foot renovation and build-out took only 12 short weeks and consisted of 2 full floors outfitted with private offices, workstations, conference rooms, training spaces, and multiple lounge areas.
Low panels and an open floor plan lent to the natural surroundings of the building. This allowed for an abundance of natural light throughout the space.
