The Sensata Technologies facilities design and configuration centered on innovation and progression.
Dacon used their design-build service to construct a 221,000 SF, 3-story glass atrium leads to a 200-seat stadium reflecting openness and inclusion. A fluid plan of corporate offices, joint spaces and 46 R&D labs enables easy employee collaboration.
Sensata Technologies used Dacon's design-build service to complete their new building within 10 months and under budget.
