Lighting Design for an innovative repurposing of 50 year old COBO arena into a world class convention space and ballroom lead by TVS Architects out of Atlanta Georgia
The new atrium and skylight was created by removing part of the old Cobo Arena wall
Looking across the Atrium to the new 40,000 sqf Ballroom which used to be Cobo Arena
The old convention center largely ignored views of the Detroit River and Windsor Canada
The old Cobo Arena was repurposed into a banquet hall and meeting rooms
