The new sleek, futuristic, and minimalist style of the Telemundo Center in Miami, FL, represents the future of Telemundo Enterprises in Spanish-language TV and the media industry in general.
Combining offices, TV news, sports, and production soundstages into one 476,000 sqft facility, Telemundo’s new headquarters is a glimpse into the future of mixed-use space meant to unify corporate, news, and creative from several widely scattered locations across the US.
Telemundo's headquarters is environmentally friendly, and is designed to meet demanding sustainability, safety, and efficiency standards, utilizing many design elements often used in LEED-certified buildings – it can even sustain a Category 5 hurricane.
Telemundo's new HQ building is divided into ‘neighborhoods’ with activity based workstations and named after countries in Telemundo’s viewing area, fostering a sense of belonging for the up to 1,500 employees and encouraging collaboration and innovation.
