Kava Massih Architects developed the concept of three separate structures with 69 studio-to-three-bedroom units—two two-story ones to match the bungalows’ size, and one five-story structure, which wouldn’t overshadow the smaller buildings.
This family friendly development is comprised of one on-site manager’s unit, four studios, 17 one-bedrooms, 23 two-bedrooms, and 24 three-bedrooms.

Since the building is very close to the freeway, acoustically appropriate materials were used in the design and construction to provide maximum insulation from noise, by Kava Massih Architects.
