The Spires at Berry College is leading the way for multi-generational communities offering a new, exceptional experience for senior living residents with the first CCRC / Life Plan community in northwest Georgia and the first built on a college campus.
The Spires' name derives from college founder, Martha Berry, who set spires atop campus buildings to encourage students to "look upward and be inspired by their aspirations."
The Spires at Berry College sits at the edge of Eagle Lake, with Lavender Mountain, and provides striking views and opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing and kayaking.
The design incorporates styles from modern and historical buildings on the Berry College Campus, maximizing lake views and an abundance of natural light to enhance the interior's relationship with the outdoors.
Artwork and interior finish selections at The Magnolia Place Healthcare Center reflect the same detail and sophistication as independent living only on a smaller scale, maintaining the philosophy that all levels of care have access to many well-designed amenities.
