The Tortello space reflects this truth is not only ingredients, but materials as well. The use of sturdy finishes like solid woods, Terrazzo-look quartz, brass, and tile were used to help accomplish this concept.
The open kitchen concept at the Tortello restaurant was designed to create transparency at every level of process.

Siren Betty Design subtly incorporated familiar Italian colors into the upholstery and the counter face tile and kept most of the walls white for contrast.
