$70 million dollar mixed use residential and retail complex, offering its WVU students modern apartment living with top-notch academic, social and fitness amenities. The two eight-story buildings were completed on schedule and on budget despite the harsh 2014 winter conditions.
The University Place project required specialized primers and precise pouring of Maxxon Dek C-Ment over the 9/16" decking structure, installation of Maxxon Acousti-Mat I, and a final 1" layer of Dek C-Ment was used to complete the flooring system.
