Town & Country was founded by an apprentice boat builder who imbued the firm’s projects with the same precision of design and joinery that is required for boat building. In 1994 James Licata founded the U.S. operation of Town & Country Conservatories and eventually became the sole owner of Town & Country. With over 30 years of experience, Town & Country UK and U.S. accumulated an award winning portfolio of projects. Hardwood conservatories are still manufactured in the UK ensuring the tradition of fine craftsmanship and state of the art design. Aluminum conservatories, which emulate the style and detail of Town & Country’s hardwood buildings are designed and fabricated in North America. Town & Country Conservatories provides property owners with glass conservatories, orangeries, pool and garden houses, English skylights, and more. Our experience encompasses 1100 projects.
